Essential Equipment Under $10

1. Ab Wheel - simply one of the best tools for creating incredible core strength and developing strong stabilizers in the shoulder girdle.
2. Parallettes - makes any push exercise or static holds (ie: planche) easier on the wrists.

3. Workout Gloves - most beneficial for pull exercises (or anything involving a bar for that matter). Reduces stress on hands and marginally increases grip strength.
